What happens if my order does not arrive or is incomplete?

Buyers report issues through the in-portal case flow, which generates a ticket ID and timestamp. Inbound verification begins within one business day. Carrier traces begin within three business days. If the platform is at fault and the order cannot be delivered in full, buyers receive a monetary refund to the original payment method — not store credit.

Will Catalist issue a refund if an order is not delivered?

Yes. Monetary refunds to the original payment method are the standard resolution when an order is not delivered and the issue is on Catalist. Store credit is offered as an option only, never as a required substitute for a refund that has been earned.
