- — Cold chain / perishables — we're not set up for refrigerated or frozen storage.
- — Oversized items beyond 18" longest side with special handling needs.
- — Same-day West Coast delivery — our Brooklyn footprint makes East Coast next-day practical but West Coast next-day uneconomic.
Where to look instead
- For hazmat or specialty: FlexPort, ShipMonk (they have hazmat-certified facilities).
- For cold chain: Flexe, Partner Fulfillment Services.
- For nationwide multi-coast: ShipBob, ShipMonk — they operate multiple fulfillment centers.
